The brasserie with a new concept as a tapas bar. Delicious Spanish tapas in sophisticated variations, the Swabian classics are still available ... Small but fine selection of German and Spanish wines by the glass. Great cocktail variations created by the Junior and served charmingly. Makes you want to more!

The price is certainly not cheap (the main restaurant has a Michelin star), but the service, the food and the wine is brilliant. We had the Schwappas menu.

Very interested and well informed service. Top advice. Wine first class. Spaetzle a bit bland, but otherwise very good food. Tagliatelle with mushrooms, compared to fish and meat dishes, with a "small" portion (could really be bigger from the beginning). Ambience very comfortable. Certainly worth a visit again.

Excellent cuisine at fair prices. Very good quality of products used, varied card that still does not try to please everyone. Courteous and very warm staff. Just a place to relax!

Next to the star restaurant "Adler" there is this brasserie next door, so to speak. The ambience is upscale, the seating perhaps a bit too tight set but those are just little things. The kitchen delivers excellent just below star level, matching the price level. The service is comparable to the star restaurant and very attentive. The wine list from "next door" is also gladly brought with a huge selection. Price level lifted, but not too high given the performance. Wine prices as everywhere in the German restaurant too expensive ... unfortunately.

One of the restaurants in the Hotel Adler. It is cozy, not exactly cheap, the food is rich and tasty. The service staff is very nice and attentive. Is a good alternative to the Sternehotel Schwabenstube in the same hotel.

Delicious food, everything homemade and fine tuned. But the price / performance ratio is not right. Just too expensive.

Birthday dinner with parents. Great menu where everyone can find something. Excellent service and excellent cuisine make every visit a great experience. The raspberry tomato dessert was a blast. All around top and the five stars more than deserved.
